Description
Beautiful Victorian hat in shades of purple and black. Lavender velvet crown trimmed with purple feathers, flowers and a small bird. Surrounded with black floral lace on a dainty black straw hat base. Large, black satin bow at back hangs down about 15". One size fits all. Base of hat measures approx 8 1/2" across. Has an optional elastic chin strap attached.
