Lovely riding hat in red and purple. French style Victorian hat. 100% wool hat base in red, trimmed all around with purple velvet, red roses, and purple fringe. Accented with large feather plumes. Tulle in red gathered at the back and hangs down approx. 25". One size fits all. Hat measures approx. 11" across.
