Description
A petite Victorian hat in solid red. Trimmed in ribbons and bows all over. Crown in velvet, large rose accent, and floral lace all around. The long side ribbons can be used as chin ties. Can be worn either way, shown in the photo with the rose in front. One size fits all. Inside of hat made with a hair comb to hold it in place. Measures approx. 7 1/2" long front to back.
