Victorian touring hat in a lovely shade of light green. Satin seafoam crown, ivory straw hat base. Accented with flowers in ivory and pink. Matching seafoam feathers. Trimmed all around with ivory floral lace. Twirling ribbons on one side. Ivory tulle gathered at the back and hangs down approx. 36". One size fits all. Measures approx. 16" across the entire hat.
