Description
Victorian hat in chiffon style material all over. Straw hat base. Solid purple. Crown of hat gathered, accented with flowers and a large bow. Trimmed around the brim with floral lace. Long ties on each side to tie under the chin or drape as a scarf. One size fits all. Measures approx. 16" across entire hat.
