Chiffon lavender Victorian touring hat. Crown of hat in lavender chiffon, trimmed with purple marabou feathers and flowers. Black straw hat base, floral lace all around. Black tulle gathered at back and drapes down approx. 36" in the back. One size fits all. Hat measures approx. 15" across.
