Gorgeous Victorian touring hat in shimmery lavender. Crown of hat in lavender chiffon, accented in front with gorgeous hand-trimmed feathers, and flowers. Ivory straw hat base, trimmed in ivory floral lace. Ivory tulling gathered at back and hangs down 36". One size fits all. Measures 15" across entire hat. Approx. 22" around inside of hat.
