If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, we have hundreds of items from which you can choose an exchange. Merchandise may be returned for an exchange or refund under the following conditions. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the original packaging as received, unused & undamaged. A restocking fee will be deducted from your credit for any returns. The fee is 15% of the price of the items that are returned. Additional shipping charges for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. Overseas Sales: All Customs Fees, Duties, or Tariffs are the responsibility of the purchaser. This applies to the original purchase and shipment and to product return shipments.
